THIS IS AN ONSITE WORK POSITION
Position: Business Analyst
Education: Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. (Required)
Certification: Scrum Master
Required Experience:
1. Business/systems analysis experience and software development projects is required.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, required.
3. Experience working with Microsoft DevOps is highly desired.
4. Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code, is highly desired.
5. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is highly desired.
6. Experience with directing and managing project resources is highly desired.
7. Experience with configuration and customization of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products, is highly desired.
8. Experience with data migration is highly desired.
9. Knowledge of change and release management is highly desired.
10. Experience working with Microsoft Power BI is highly desired.
Job Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
1. Business Analysis: Ability to perform detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis, process modeling. Use of software tools is required and include, but are not limited to, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SmartDraw.
2. System Analysis & Design: Ability to perform System Analysis & Design using a variety of modeling methodologies and techniques.
3. Facilitation: Ability to expertly facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
4. Technical Understanding: Technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices and techniques.
5. Project Management: Knowledge of State of Florida Project Management Rule 60GG-1. Ability to apply principles and techniques in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
Additional:
1. Advanced skills with Microsoft products: SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Project.
2. Ability to relate to stakeholders needs, document their requirements, and perform duties in the absence of staff.
3. Ability to receive and give constructive criticism and maintain effective work relationships with others.
4. Ability to adjust to changing demands in a dynamic environment with diverse work assignments.
