You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support trading, risk, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements related to capital markets functions.
Analyze trading workflows, front-to-back trade lifecycle, and market data.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design solutions and support implementation.
Create functional specifications, process maps, and business cases.
Support UAT and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements:
4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Capital Markets domain.
Strong knowledge of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives).
Familiarity with trading systems and market regulations (e.g., MiFID, Dodd-Frank).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
