Location: Tampa, FL
Travel Requirement: Around 60%
The position directly reports to the CEO and may have a few team members reporting into.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish strong credibility with key executives from clients
- Manage and grow the existing clients and develop new clients.
- Create & execute strategic plans to acquire new clients
- Extend relationships to client VMS to tap additional business
Business Development: responsible for building and managing a portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned Account or the portfolio of Accounts, by being the owner of the entire Opportunity Management cycle. That involves identifying business opportunities, selling, service delivery, and negotiations.
Account Planning: building a comprehensive account plan, which details key relationships required, the opportunities and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed.
Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and guiding the team to work.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should possess 12 years of US Staffing experience.
Minimum 8 Years of experience in an Account Management role
Preferred a Diploma / bachelor's qualification.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Excellent Client Relationship skills.
