Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/SD Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules to ensure smooth and efficient business processes across procurement, sales, inventory management, and distribution functions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, configure the SAP system, and provide ongoing support to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP MM/SD Implementation: Lead or assist in the end-to-end implementation of SAP MM/SD modules, including requirements gathering, blueprint design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Business Process Analysis: Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements, and provide solutions aligned with best practices for MM and SD processes.
- System Configuration: Configure SAP MM and SD modules to meet business needs, including:
- Materials Management (MM): Master data management, procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier integration.
- Sales and Distribution (SD): Sales order processing, pricing, shipping, billing, and credit management.
- Integration: Ensure smooth integration between SAP MM/SD and other SAP modules (e.g., WM, PP, FICO) as well as third-party applications.
- Customization: Develop and configure custom solutions within SAP MM/SD, adapting the system to specific business requirements and process improvements.
- Testing and Validation: Plan and conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate configurations, ensuring that the system functions as expected and meets business objectives.
- User Training and Support: Provide training sessions to end-users and assist in resolving day-to-day user issues. Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
- Documentation: Maintain and update comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, training guides, and configuration documents.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor SAP MM/SD system performance, propose enhancements, and stay updated with new SAP features and releases to continuously improve business processes.
