Job Summary:
The Account Manager helps to manage key client projects and initiatives. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope, oversight on all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing progress of the project. The Account Manager will also prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of project. They will coordinate with clients and other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
Requirements:
1-3 years of professional experience
Working with cross functional teams
Flexibility to adapt to client changes and drive initiatives
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Calendar Management - Coordinating with internal and external calendars, scheduling internal/client meetings, dinners, workshops, events, etc., and set reminders for key meetings
Maintain key clients list across multiple accounts
Track existing and new opportunities across multiple accounts
Assist in preparing meeting materials, reports, & presentations
Prepare meeting notes & track follow ups and execution of next steps
Submit expenses & book travel
