Job Description
We are looking for temporary local help to assist us in various roles at the Sanshee Booth at PAX East 2025! Working at a fast-paced, big show, like PAX can be demanding, but there is no better way to experience a convention than behind a booth!
We are primarily looking for people who are able to help 8 hours a day. A preference will be given to those who can help with both the show and setting up/breaking down. Note: If you can only work partial days, specific days, or specific hours, please note that in your application!

Boston Convention and Exhibition Center
415 Summer St.
Boston, MA 02210
Roles:
Must be 18 years of age.
Must be eligible to work in the US.
Must be able to get to work site.
Must be able to move and restock boxes of products weighing up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for duration of shift if necessary (Excluding breaks).
Must be friendly and enjoy helping customers and other team-members.
Must be accessible via mobile phone.
Dress code is casual work-appropriate clothing in which you can easily move and close-toed shoes only. Clean clothing and basic personal hygiene are required.

- Customer Service and Cashier
- Assist with loss prevention of stock by monitoring booth traffic and engaging with customers.
- Assist customers with any issues or questions they may have.
- Assist other team members to help the booth operations run smoothly.
- Restock the shelves.
- Keep shelves and products organized and presentable.
- On your feet while working.
- Includes a PAX badge for the show.
- Pay will be $20/hr. with breaks.
- Thursday 5/8 - Booth Work 9am-6pm
- Friday 5/9 - Booth Work 9am-6pm
- Saturday 5/10 - Booth Work 9am-6pm
- Sunday 5/11 - Booth Work 9am-6pm
- Cashier
- Assist with sales via the point-of-sale system.
- On your feet while working.
- Includes a PAX badge for the show.
- Pay will be $20/hr. with breaks.
- Thursday 5/8 - Booth Work 9am-6pm
- Friday 5/9 - Booth Work 9am-6pm
- Saturday 5/10 - Booth Work 9am-6pm
- Sunday 5/11 - Booth Work 9am-6pm
- Set-up and Break-down Assistance
- Assist with booth load-in, set-up, break-down, and load-out.
- Help transfer product and booth equipment to and from the truck.
- Help assemble booth equipment.
- Pay will be $20/hr. with breaks.
- Monday 5/5 - Load van 9am-2pm
- Tuesday 5/6 - Load-in/Set Up 8am-5pm
- Wednesday 5/7 - Set Up 8am-5pm
- Sunday 5/11 - Break Down/Load-Out 6pm-10pm
- Monday 5/12 - Break Down/Load-Out 10am-5pm
