What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at SanStone Health & Rehabilitation?
Lobby/front desk management - manage traffic flow into and out of the facility. Greet everyone - employees, residents, vendors, families and any other visitors with a smile, knowledge of how you can help them and/or direct them to someone who can. Reception is so much more with Camden Health & Reahabilitation & Sanstone than simply answering the phones. We need a dynamic individual who can - do all of the above AND Operate paging/telephone system as required. Answer telephones; determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
Greet visitor, screen and direct outside visitors, staff, residents and vendors. Direct to appropriate office and/or resident room. Receive, sort, and distribute mail as directed. Operate copier, office machines, etc., as directed. Assist department directors in administrative matters. (i.e., typing reports, correspondence, etc.)
