EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Knowledge of :
- Efficient, sanitary and safe food handling practices.
- Basic principles of personal hygiene.
- Food preparation methods such as washing, cutting and assembling food and ingredients.
- Use and care of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Basic operation of food service equipment.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Basic math.
- Customer service best practice.
