Job Overview:
The After-School Enrichment Program Assistant will supervise and facilitate afternoon recess, snack time, homework support, and more for students in PreK-Grade 3 (Study Buddies) or Grades 4-8 (CASL). This position requires a positive role model who can build relationships with the students and their families, lead various games, and oversee free play and activities. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Program Staff. The ideal candidates will be passionate about working with students and supporting their educational and personal development.
Duties:
- Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment
- Organize and participate in snack or other extracurricular activities
- Supervise students after-school programs
- Utilize experience working with children to enhance student learning
