Experience in quick books online , general ledger , preparing financials , account reconciliation , bank reconciliation ; book keeping , balance sheet reconciliation,
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management and shareholders.
· Prepare, manage and post monthly Journal entries for financial reporting
· Reconcile general ledger to all financial statements and other source document
Payroll and Human Resources
· Perform onboarding functions for new employees
· Work with partners to draft and update employee handbook
· Laise with employment lawyers to ensure that all employees are working within the limits of the law.
· Source and facilitate employee health insurance and 401k plans
· Manage and maintain all employee contracts and documents
· Ensure all employee payroll information has been correctly set up within the Payroll system.
· Submit and approve payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
· Ensure all federal, state and other mandated payroll expenses have been accurately accounted for all
employees and corporation.
· Process ACH, PayPal, direct transfer payment to outsourced employees
· Prepare yearly tax statements employees (W2, W3,
Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statements
· Prepared and filed Payroll, Sales and Business License taxes with designated government agencies
· Posted and reconciled General Ledger accounts to Financial Statements and other source documents
· Assisted in preparation of income tax returns for clients including individual, corporate and non-pro
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
