The Opportunity
As a Bookkeeper, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly Partners’ next phase of growth. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will be exposed to a variety of clients and the opportunity to learn in a public practice environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Record and maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform bookkeeping duties such as accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing
- Process payments and handle daily banking activities
- Provide management reports for the client directly from the accounting software
- Monitor daily client activity, handle requests, and conducts timely follow ups on outstanding matters
- Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
About You
- 4 years practical bookkeeping work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
- Understanding of accounting and bookkeeping standards
- Experience with a variety of accounting software
- Ability to manage time to complete tasks in the required timeframe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary : $68,000 - $90,000
