Primary Duties:
- Accounts Payable (invoice processing, verification, and reconciliation)
- Assist with account reconciliations and payroll preparation
- Complex data report preparation using Excel
Ideal Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred (Associates or Bachelor’s)
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- A proactive team player with excellent problem-solving skills

Hourly Pay Range: $25-35 (pay commensurate with experience)
