School Site Coordinator :
Under the supervision of the School Site Manager, the Site Coordinator is responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and delivery of programming at the Club and leading YDPs. Experience should cover a wide variety of youth development programs and supervisory experience. The School Site Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of staff supervision, program planning / implementation, and communication with the school and parents.
Position works with youth grades K-6th. Monday through Thursday between the hours of 1 : 30p / 2p-5 or 6pm depending on location. Fridays are typically 10 : 30a / 11 : 30a-5p or 6p depending on location.
All candidates that are selected will have to undergo a background check, pre-employment drug screening, and TB Test.

Salary : $19.00 - $21.00 / hour, non-exempt, part-time

Requirements :
At least two years working with children and parents
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Able to lift up o 25 pounds
Able to to motivate, encourage, and lead a team of Youth Development Professionals
