Job Summary
Provides the highest level of Guest Service. Under supervision, provides basic clerical support and serves as the receptionist for the Food Service Department. Responsible for assisting in the filing of records and maintaining data on a computerized record keeping system.

Able to maintain confidential records and files. Exercise discretion in regards to conversations overheard. Must be available to work between 7:00 am - 3:00 am,
7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work schedule will vary from week to week. Must obtain a CA Food Handler card within 30 days of hire, or show proof of existing CA Food Handler card.
Job Tasks (in Order Of Importance)
Must provide outstanding Guest Service. At least three months of clerical experience which includes customer service and computer usage (Word, Excel and FileMaker) preferred.

Job Tasks (in Order Of Importance)
- Greet every Guest and Employee and answer their questions while providing consistent, friendly and helpful Guest Service.
- Answer phone calls, take accurate messages and direct calls and office visitors.
- Provide consistent friendly and helpful service.
- Track and input record of employee sales and incentive program.
- Assist in maintaining department filing.
- Post and distribute mail as necessary.
- Verify cash over/shorts via POS reports.
- Prepare Food Service orientation packets for new employees as needed.
- Assist in maintaining daily and weekly staff schedules.
- Assist in the inputting and summary of weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist in verifying time sheet reports.
- Perform other duties as needed including food service operations.

- Able to work in a confined space with limited access.
- Able to work with 4 drawer file cabinets, and be able to stretch and bend to read files.
- Able to lift between 25 to 35 pounds.
- Able to use standard computer keyboard.
- Able to hear normal conversations on the phone and in person.
- Able to see, read and interpret documents.
