Parking Lot Host - Boardwalk Bowl

Job Summary

Greets incoming cars and informs drivers of Boardwalk Bowl's parking regulations. Works with the Manager on Duty and Security to enforce policies. Provides consistent, friendly and quality service to guests.

Unique Job Requirements

Will work nights, weekends and holidays and will work around high noise levels.

Job Tasks (in Order Of Importance)

• Provide information to guests in a positive and friendly manner.
• Monitor entrance and parking lot to ensure that only Boardwalk Bowl guests are parking in lot.
• Direct traffic to different lots and open parking spots; direct traffic in front of lots to keep it moving.
• Respond to customer complaints appropriately.
• Control authorized VIP and employee parking.
• Explain and enforce parking rules.
• Report drivers disobeying parking rules to Manager on Duty.
• Call Operations Office to report guests who have been locked out of car or need a jump start.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Training And Experience

Customer service and cash handling experience is helpful.

• Able to follow verbal and written directions.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to respond appropriately to difficult customer service situations.
• Able to communicate to guests to give instructions and directions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for up to eight hours at a time.
• Able to work outdoors.
