Job Summary
Execute all tasks related to Retail Inventory. By utilizing our inventory software DataWorks create, maintain, and organize merchandise and their SKUs to standards of operational excellence, as well as use that information to receive product and print tags. Process inventory reports and inform management when it's time to order merchandise. Help coordinate quarterly and annual retail inventory reconciliation. Under general supervision, oversee the inventory control process for the Retail Department, including but not limited to receiving, verifying, and placement (through means of Location Tagging) of merchandise in the Warehouse. Support E-Commerce by maintaining stock, help process orders that come through, and in general help to manage and grow the business. Analyze sales across profit centers and recommend assortment changes.
Unique Job Requirements
Must be organized and extremely detail oriented with proficient computer skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, mainly Excel and Word. Will use the retail POS and inventory software system. Ability to work independently on assigned duties.

Job Tasks
- Receive merchandise invoices and accurately enter data into DataWorks.
- Provide consistent, helpful and friendly service to all team members.
- Manage inventory across all retail channels, including stores, photo booths, e-commerce, and the warehouse.
- Set up new items in system uniformly and in line with creation standards.
- Input transfers and adjustments: write-offs, damaged goods, theft, etc
- Provide reporting related to inventory and sales.
- Provide support related to running replenishment reports and refining product selection for those reports.
- Support coordination of retail and warehouse employees as needed.
- Provide input and recommendations related to growing the business, increasing profit, and reducing costs.
- Recommend exit plans for non-productive inventory.
- Process orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Conduct regularly scheduled cycle counts.
- Assist with various retail projects, initiatives, and daily tasks as needed.
- Communicate with assistant manager on stock levels, and advise when orders need to be placed for additional merchandise.
- Coordinate a quarterly and annual inventory of all merchandise, including warehouse, back stock areas, and stores.
- Maintain adequate levels of inventory control equipment and supplies, i.e. scanners, printers, tags.
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Six months to one year of experience working in an office environment.
- One year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or related experience helpful.
- Previous experience within the Amusement Park Industry desired but not required.
- Knowledge of POS system desired but not required.
- Knowledge of Inventory Systems, up to and including DataWorks, desired, but not required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to keep accurate and detailed records.
- Ability to use office 365 including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and maintain open communication.
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ability to effectively use proper lifting techniques and safe working practices.
- Ability to assist with deliveries, including loading and unloading of merchandise up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to evaluate a situation and solve problems.

- Able to move and lift equipment and merchandize weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day. Walk up and down stairs.

- Able to hear normal conversations on the telephone and in person in a noisy environment.
- Able to see, read and write instructions and correspondence.
