Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Senior Director, District Support and Leadership, direct, plan and coordinate activities that support Differentiated Assistance to Santa Cruz County LEAs. Support Differentiated Assistance (DA) plan development and Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) development. Collaborate within the Educational Services Division to develop and deliver professional development related to all elements of district plans. Provide services, and technical assistance to support the development of high-quality Differentiated Assistance that results in improved student achievement.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must hold, or be eligible to hold, a California Administrative Services Credential. Possession of a Master's Degree from an Accredited College or University with major coursework in Education or a related field. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred. Four years of increasingly responsible teaching and/or coaching experience in K-12 classrooms. Three or more years as a school-level administrator. Three or more years as a district-level administrator.
