Front Office Manager Position Description
Santa Fe Prep invites applications for a Front Office Manager, a role pivotal to fostering a
relationship-oriented, creative, positive, and energetic culture among all constituents
within the school community. This is a twelve-month full-time salaried position.
Responsibilities:
This position has four areas of primary responsibility:
- Reception: Greet and direct visitors, answer and direct phone calls and messages
- Attendance: Receive and track attendance information, and maintain accurate
- Mail: Receive all deliveries. Sort and distribute incoming mail. Assist with
- Office Presentation and Maintenance: Create and maintain a welcoming reception
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to
interact with members from all constituencies in a cheerful, supportive, and
professional manner.
- Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to identify, set up, and maintain systems
- Fluid computer and technology skills. Ability to dive in and learn and navigate new
to learn quickly with minimal assistance is essential.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $48,000, depending on experience
