We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our luxury medical spa team. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Support office management tasks as needed, including inventory management.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance office workflow.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform personal assistant tasks as needed for manager.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- A friendly disposition with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
