Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve assisting customers with their purchases, handling cash transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in locating products
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Process cash transactions accurately using a cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Assist with product demos and promotions
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Provide support to other team members as needed

Skills:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of product demonstrations and the ability to showcase products effectively
