Currently, seeking a full time Medical Insurance Billing Representative for a private Family Medicine Group in North Salinas, CA.
Job Duties:
- Posts and manages patient payments
- Enters information necessary for insurance claims such as patient information, insurance ID, diagnosis and treatment codes and modifiers, and clinician information.
- Sends patient statements and collection letters
- Verifies insurance coverage
- Works with reception staff in collecting due amounts from patients and conducts eligibility checks for patients the day in advance and same day.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
