What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Supervisor position at Santa's Workshop?
Part of a supervisor team, supervising the day-to-day operations of the admissions gate. Managing the flow of guests entering and exiting the park as well as keeping the associates on task. You may also be required to run a register checking people into the park. Greeting of park guests upon entry. Ringing up admission rates on touch screen POS register. Will handle cash, credit cards and coupons where appropriate. We are looking for a people person with customer service skills and a positive personality. This job requires positive communication with both customers and other employees. Looking for someone who is good with both time and people management.
Must be at least 21 years of age to apply. Supervising, people management, and customer service experience required.
