The Digital Identity Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional requirements and design sessions that span multiple aspects of customer identity including Security, Fraud, CIP, and AML compliance. The role is key to maintaining consistent representation of the customer identity requirements across various user journeys, business features, and system integration points. The position is a member of the Core Platform Capabilities team that ensures the alignment and optimization of cross-cutting capabilities and key processes, including Identity, Security, Data, Chatbot & AI, and Release Management, to deliver seamless customer experiences while meeting compliance standards. Critical in ensuring flexibility, scalability, and customer-centric solutions that meet both and current business needs.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements
- Lead cross-functional requirements definition and product design for fraud and identity management integration according to a strategic plan and program increment delivery schedule
- Coordinate reviews, approvals, and working sessions among stakeholders, development teams, partners and other functional delivery teams
- Evaluate tradeoffs of implementation options to maximize business value while managing risk, cost, and speed to market considerations
- Manage third-party relationships for service level, compliance, and strategic alignment to product vision
- Communicate updates to strategy, vision, and delivery progress to executive and cross-functional team
- Monitor industry trends and best practices for maintaining a product backlog of enhancements and new capabilities
- Conducts channel/product gap analysis, competitive research and industry evaluations to extract actionable insights to inform the digital strategy and determine the long-term digital backlog.
- Analyze client needs and market research in order to decide which are the priorities to be targeted and provide an adequate response to the client segments being addressed.
Education
- BS/BA degree or higher: Engineering, Data & Analytics, or Technology-related fields Required
- Master's Degree or equivalent work experience. Strong Business knowledge and sound business sense Pref
- 7 Years Relevant and related work experience in Engineering, Data & Analytics, or Technology-related fields - Required
- 2 Years Management Experience - Preferred
- Extensive knowledge and experience with creating and managing business requirements and user stories for software platforms
- Experience in developing digital product backlog and roadmaps with aggressive product delivery cycles
- Must be an exceptional collaborator, able to build and leverage relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong controls mindset with a demonstrated ability to place the Bank’s control agenda at the fore front and a track record of developing and executing compensating controls alongside new product development
- Strong technology capabilities - must be able to manage major technology products end-to-end and develop key solutions for scalability
- Strong track record on product delivery and team leadership, managing complex and concurrent programs in dynamic organizations.
- Knowledgeable about the external environment including Main banking competitors, Regulatory environment, Global Economy, Latest innovations and technologies.
- Strong track record of Agile change leadership from inception through to execution and embedding, including establishing the vision and mandate for change, assessing the impacts, planning the approach and resources, and engaging stakeholders.
