Job Description
The Head Start Teacher works with children and families throughout the school year. This role provides a learning environment that fosters growth and development in early childhood settings. The teacher will work with all components and implement them into weekly lesson plans. Parent volunteerism is encouraged in the classroom, and the teacher is responsible for child screenings, evaluations, and referrals. Regular communication with other teachers ensures consistency in program services.
