Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent plus two years' experience as an HR coordinator (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, and two years general human resources experience, recruitment specific preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A high degree of comfort in learning new software programs.
