About the Role

Vevor is an innovative cross-border e-commerce leader focused on driving growth through strategic partnerships. We are seeking an experienced and driven Amazon Vendor Central Business Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon Vendor Central operations, with a proven track record of managing high-volume accounts and driving revenue growth. This is a remote role, but candidates should be based in the Seattle area for occasional in-person meetings and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Vendor Central accounts, ensuring strong operational performance and brand representation. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales, visibility, and profitability.
  • Partnership & Negotiation-Establish/maintain strong relationships with Amazon (Vendor Central focus) to negotiate optimal terms and fees aligned with company goals.
  • Cross-functional Coordination-Bridge internal teams (supply chain, marketing) and external partners to resolve issues, improve KPIs (inventory fulfillment, pricing, refund rates, GMM reduction).
  • Market Strategy-Analyze Amazon market trends, forecast changes, and design sales/promotion plans to drive business growth.
  • Account & Crisis Management-Oversee daily operations, resolve urgent platform issues (e.g., listing suspensions, policy violations).

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts.
  • Preferred: Previous experience working at Amazon (Vendor Manager, Retail, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon processes, policies, and analytics tools (e.g., ARA Premium, Retail Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Language: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
