What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Cashier /BDC position at Sapaugh Motors?
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist customers with any inquiries or questions
- Promote sales and special offers to customers
-Make Service appointments for customers
-Cold calling past customers to promote Service
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive experience for customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics or wireless sales, is preferred
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
