Function: People Operations | Location: 9731 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (5.5 days/week)
Compensation: $60,000/year 12% Annual Bonus (Paid Biannually)

🎯 Core Role:Oversee the HR and people operations functions at Sapience, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and culture-aligned employee experience across all departments. Serve as a key partner to leadership on recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance, and internal policy alignment.
🔧 Problem This Role Solves:- Lack of centralized HR ownership and strategy
- Delayed or inconsistent onboarding, policy implementation, and retention efforts
- Need for scalable HR infrastructure to support our rapid growth and franchise rollout
- Oversee all employee onboarding, offboarding, and compliance documentation
- Maintain and enforce HR policies and employee handbooks in alignment with local/state/federal law
- Provide HR support to department leads on employee performance, evaluations, and internal feedback
- Manage HR documentation, records, and systems to ensure operational efficiency
- Support payroll and timesheet accuracy by working with the accounting department
- Own employee relations, including conflict resolution, exit interviews, and internal culture alignment
- Monitor and improve employee retention and satisfaction across teams
- Serve as the point of contact for HR compliance and reporting
- Coordinate onboarding and HR support across multiple locations and time zones, including international employees
- With Talent Acquisition: Coordinate smooth handoff from recruiting to onboarding
- With Learning Center Leaders: Support frontline employee relations and performance discussions
- With Accounting: Assist with payroll accuracy, benefits coordination, and timekeeping audits
- With CEO/COO: Provide HR insights on organizational development and team structure
- 3 years of HR management experience in a growing business
- Experience working in a multi-location or franchise-based organization
- Prior experience supporting international employees or teams across time zones
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll/HRIS system
- Strong knowledge of compliance, labor law, and employee documentation requirements
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional in communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing startup-style environment
- Must be able to start immediately and ready to begin the week of March 31st, 2025
