Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources & Recruiting Manager to lead the launch of our new HR system while managing core HR functions, recruiting efforts, and payroll operations. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of our people operations, directly influencing the growth and culture of our organization. The ideal candidate brings both strategic HR systems expertise and hands-on recruitment experience, along with the ability to manage compliance, streamline processes, and support employee success across departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR System Implementation & Management- Lead the rollout and full implementation of a new company-wide HR system.
- Collaborate with executives and department heads to ensure successful integration across all HR functions (onboarding, performance tracking, payroll, benefits, etc.).
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues; provide training and support to internal users.
- Create SOPs and documentation for system workflows and HR procedures.
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for corporate, operational, and educational roles.
- Post job listings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive talent pipelines.
- Conduct reference checks, draft offer letters, and manage onboarding logistics.
- Oversee weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with finance to reconcile discrepancies and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Maintain employee files, HRIS data, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, benefits, and concerns.
- Support employee engagement, performance evaluations, and training/development programs.
- Monitor HR metrics and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on HR systems implementation.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, from entry-level to leadership positions.
- Proficient with HR software, payroll systems, and ATS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and best HR practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
