Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Owner to own the delivery pipeline and bridge the gap between strategic goals and technical execution. You will work closely with Product Managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver clear product requirements and guide projects through development. This is a hands-on, on-site role at our Las Vegas office.

Key Responsibilities

Backlog & Sprint Management

1. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is groomed, prioritized, and clearly documented.
2. Write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support sprint planning with the engineering team.
3. Facilitate daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Serve as the liaison between product strategy and technical development.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
3. Ensure alignment between feature development and company objectives.

Product Execution & QA

1. Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
2. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure features are delivered on time and with quality.
3. Make real-time decisions during development to maintain momentum and clarity.

Continuous Feedback Loop

1. Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future product iterations.
2. Monitor product performance and make data-informed decisions for improvements.
3. Contribute to roadmap planning by identifying feature enhancements and quick wins.

Qualifications and Experience

1. 3–5 years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role in a tech-driven company.
2. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
3. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar project management platforms.
4. Ability to write effective user stories, prioritize backlog items, and collaborate with technical teams.
5. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
6. Based in Las Vegas or willing to relocate – this role is fully on-site.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Salary Range: $70,000 – $150,000 USD annually, based on experience and qualifications.
