As a Category Manager, you will oversee product selection, pricing, merchandising, and vendor relationships for our Travel Centers. Your leadership will drive sales, maximize profitability, and enhance the guest experience across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product assortment, pricing, and merchandising strategies
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive promotions and loyalty programs
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage
- Support and mentor store leadership in optimizing sales, margins, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Train and develop leadership teams to execute merchandising and operational strategies
- Travel up to 50% to provide onsite support, training, and oversight
What Makes You a Great Fit:
