As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide crucial direct support to our residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Your role will include assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and contributing to a warm, respectful environment.
Responsibilities :
- Follow facility policies and procedures.
- Provide direct care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding according to individual care plans.
- Assist with resident mobility and transfers, utilizing proper techniques.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Respond promptly to resident requests, demonstrating compassion and empathy.
- Assist in implementing therapeutic and recreational activities for residents' well-being.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents, adhering to infection control protocols.
