Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Senior Care

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding based on individual care plans.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and report any changes to licensed nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to resident needs with compassion and empathy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Promote emotional support and companionship, fostering meaningful relationships with residents.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet residents' individual needs and preferences.
• Engage residents in therapeutic and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.

Requirements :

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in your State.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
