Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting families with account modifications and inquiries.
- Operate the class management system accurately.
- Assist new students meeting coaches, family assistance as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and personable experiences.
- Answer phones and emails, transferring and responding with accurate information and seeing that all customer support needs are completed in a timely manner.
- Support coaching staff as needed
- Help maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk management is preferred.
- Familiarity with gymnastics is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are required.
