We’re looking for you! As a Hotel Front Desk Associate, you’ll be an integral part of a successful Wildwood Lodge experience and one of the first people our guests communicate with.
Here’s what you’d be responsible for:
- Ensuring guests are promptly greeted and successfully checked in and checked out of hotel rooms
- Creating accurate reservations for individual guests and groups with room blocks
- Resolving guest concerns and implementing solutions
- Listening and understanding requests, issues, and situations from both guests and staff members
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property amenities, area attractions, room locations, rates, promotions, and events
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have hotel front desk, customer service, or similar work experience. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills relating to both internal and external guests are required. Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with persons of diverse backgrounds. Must be able to tolerate standing and walking for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and push a cart weighing up to 50 lbs. is required. Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, twist and grip objects, have good finger movement, and differentiate colors. Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
