Role: Compliance Manager/ Senior compliance analyst/ Exam Manager
1 year contract Possible 1 year extension- Only W2 and USC and GC and GC EAD and H4EAD, Locals needed
Location: Hybrid Mode- Wilmington, DE or Mount Laurel, NJ
We have 5 Supervisor positions for our client. All candidates will be required to work onsite two days a week in either Wilmington, DE or Mount Laurel, NJ
These are roles of people who have project managed or managed the work not the people of QA for compliance testing in consumer banking projects. They are similar as Compliance Manager and Exam Manager. Senior compliance analyst who has managed workload. Not looking for AML or financial crimes. We want candidates who have managed Compliance QA work mortgage, auto loans, consumer banking, etc. 7 years’ experience in a compliance testing function specifically around consumer bank products such as Credit Card, Mortgage, etc.
Need to confirm on if they need to have previous people management experience
Needs to have experience reviewing compliance testing and ability to track volumes and quality output
Need to have regulatory compliance background, must be very heavy in the consumer space. Previous auditors in this space would be considered a plus.
