Overview
We are seeking to hire highly skilled and experienced California Litigation Attorneys with a minimum of 7 years experience in Drafting Civil Complaints, Default Judgments and Prove Ups to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in complex civil and commercial litigation. This role requires exceptional legal drafting, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively litigate complex cases. As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients and providing legal counsel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft complaints,
- Review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts;
- Utilize Westlaw AI Assisted Research, Cocounsel and other legal research tools to gather relevant case law and statutes.
- Prepare persuasive written arguments and briefs for submission to the court.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' interests.
