Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cleaner to join our team. This dual-role position involves intense and detailed hands-on cleaning. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to be relied on to complete a job in fullness. Reliable transportation is required as this role involves traveling to multiple job sites per day.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential apartments, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and trash removal.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all assigned spaces are cleaned to company standards within the designated time frame.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and adherence to protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and feedback during shifts.
• Handle any on-site issues or emergencies professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is required.
• Reliable transportation is a must for traveling to multiple job sites per day.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required.
