**Weekend Shifts - Additional $5.00/Hour**

Gain practical experience in the mental health field AND make a difference in a child's life.
Youth Care Aide Schedule:
- Thursday - Sunday: 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM
Clinical Care Aides help our kids:
- Develop positive relationships
- Learn to cope with loss and/or emotional issues
- Develop valuable life skills
- Receive needed support through treatment
Other Clinical Care Aide experiences:
- Participate in collaborative team meetings
- Promote emotional intelligence, open communication, social responsibility, and more
Minimum entry rate: $15.00/hour adjustment for relevant experience, PLUS $5.00/hour differential for weekend shifts.
