Youth Care Aide Schedule:
- Thursday - Sunday: 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM (Full-time)
Youth Care Aides help our kids:
- Develop positive relationships
- Learn to cope with loss and/or emotional issues
- Develop valuable life skills
- Receive needed support through treatment
Other Youth Care Aide experiences:
- Participate in collaborative team meetings
- Promote emotional intelligence, open communication, social responsibility, and more
Minimum entry rate: New increased starting rate of $15.00/hour adjustment for relevant experience, PLUS $5.00/hour differential for weekend shifts.
