JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Membership Coordinator warmly greets and expertly directs visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area. They assist guests with inquiries regarding membership options and guide them through the application process, providing clear and helpful information. In addition, they meticulously maintain organized membership files and records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role may also involve providing additional administrative or clerical support, contributing to the organization's smooth operation. The hours for this position are Monday- Friday, 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure office security by managing access at the reception, including visitor logbooks and badges.
- Welcome guests and notify staff of their arrival.
- Provide essential information to visitors in person and via phone or email.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Manage internal and external package deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Club Services Manager to update lobby safety protocols.
- Assist with conference room setups and order food/beverages for meetings.
- Maintain postage meters, copiers, and printers.
- Handle the general Club email account and voicemail service.
- Keep common areas clean and organized.
This role involves overseeing front desk systems, including Rapture and MyClubHub, to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, it requires maintaining registration records according to established standards and controls for accuracy and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Act 33 and FBI clearances required. National Criminal Background Check; National Sex Offender Registry; Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and PATCH
- CPR/AED (OTJ provided)
- First Aid (American Red Cross) (OTJ provided)
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Proficient with ALL Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience supporting others.
