Provide leadership and act as a positive role model for staff and clients as you oversee the shift and ensure quality treatment for children and adolescents. You will coordinate resources, develop a plan for the shift, and make certain that treatment staff are implementing daily age appropriate activities in alignment with treatment plan goals.
Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan therapeutic groups
- Assist in developing and implementing behavior-shaping programs
- Ensure a safe environment for all residents and staff
- Promote emotional intelligence, open communication, social responsibility, and more
Shift Leader Schedule:
- Sunday: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Monday: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Shift Leader Requirements:
- Must be 21 or older
- Ability to obtain clearances for FBI fingerprints, PA criminal history, and Child Abuse history
Shift Leader Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Education or related areas of study preferred, as well as those individuals continuing their post-high school education.
