Salesforce Admin - Wilmington, DE
replacement position
• Support for business users (L2 & L3) during the business hours (9:00 am EST to 6:00 pm EST)
• Requirements configuration/customization/development
• Incident resolution for tickets created by Customer
• Data management for data related tickets created by Customer
• Salesforce application administration
• Build components deployment to higher sandboxes
• Ensure quality of the deliverables by performing testing(manual) for the components built/modified as part of the project
• Support System Integration Testing
• Support User Acceptance Testing
• Documentation of work performed as part of the project
• Provide estimates for assigned requirements
• Support for Salesforce releases
• Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, and workflows
• Responsible for sandbox management
• Inform stakeholders and prepare for upgrades
• Responsible for working on Lightning components, Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce technologies to maintain/build solutions that support business requirements
• Adhere to best practices for application development and unit testing
• Responsible for code coverage related to development activity
• Responsible for deployments and migrations for assigned tickets
