We are seeking a dynamic Onsite Manager to join our team! The Onsite Manager at Sarasota Arthritis Center will oversee the daily operations of our Venice healthcare facility, ensuring that all departments run efficiently and effectively. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage staff, coordinate patient services, and uphold the highest standards of patient care. The Onsite Manager will work closely with the medical staff and administrative team to ensure that the center delivers high-quality, patient-centered care.
This is a full-time role, and the schedule is Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 5 PM. We offer a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Venice location
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff
- Coordinate patient care services to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience
- Implement operational policies and procedures as directed by the Operations Manager
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Handle patient grievances and ensure remediation occurs
- Ensure practice budgets, billings, and financial protocols are followed.
- Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and families
- Ensure the facility is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Ensure OSHA/HIPAA training occurs annually and uphold all health department requirements at respective locations
- Collaborate with medical staff to improve healthcare services and delivery
- Run relevant operational reports to support practice financial goals and billing department
Requirements:
- Highschool degree required. Additional certifications a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare with management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong commitment to patient care and service excellence
- Experience in EHR/medical records software
Salary : $55,000 - $62,000
