- Receive telephone calls from the general public and county employees for the purpose of obtaining County services or information.
- Answer more complex customer concerns, billing questions, and inquiries and the ability to handle difficult customers / situations with utmost patience and professionalism.
- Notate customer accounts and enters information into databases.
- Help direct Customer Service Representative I and handles escalated issues and calls.
- Prepare basic reports, conduct research, and coordinate special projects and assignments.
- Computer billing data retrieval and input.
- Processing daily payments and managing bank correspondence.
- Work independently under minimal supervision.
Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.

Starting Pay Range : $18.00 / hr, based on experience.
