Job Summary
This leader is responsible for the oversight of clinical supply chain, value analysis and business office functions within the Supply Chain Management Division. Clinical supply chain supports and manages the supply inventory in the procedural departments. Clinical supply chain staff work very closely with clinical and operational leadership to insure inventory levels are maintained and the supplies are available for the procedures performed. Value Analysis manages the new product request process along with providing clinical input in the evaluation of substitute products. Business office function include purchasing, recall management, resolving match exceptions, contracting, over-sight of functional administration of ERP system and the coordination of supply analytics. In this roll the leader set the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring team work tasks, projects and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Require two (2) to five (5) years of functional area experience.
- Require three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory/managerial experience.
- Require a Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
