Echo Vascular Lab Supervisor

This leader has accountability and oversight and assists the clinical manager with supervising the daily activities of the department, shift or area. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring individual and teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.

- Require a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience or allied health professional with a minimum of five (5) years of experience and registry by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) in Adult and Pediatric Echocardiography or Vascular Technology.

- Prefer demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills at all levels.
- Prefer demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of group processes, teamwork, and cost-center based management.
- Prefer Pediatric Echocardiography experience with a registry in a Pediatric Specialty.
- Prefer registry in both, Echocardiography and Vascular Technology.
- Prefer demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to analyze problems and consistently follow through to solution.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment and provide decision-making expertise.

BD: Bachelor Degree

M D: Masters Degree

BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR

ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support
