Required Qualifications
- Require a Bachelor’s degree in applicable healthcare field.
- Require current licensure or certification as an RN, RRT, CVT, or other pertinent allied health professional.
- Require a minimum of three (3) years of non-invasive experience in cardiology or vascular technology.
- Require a minimum of one (1) year supervisory or management experience.
- Prefer demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills in order to guide individuals and groups towards desired outcomes, setting high performance standards and delivering industry-leading quality services.
- Prefer excellent written and oral communication skills, to include composing correspondence and reports.
- Prefer proficiency in PC-based software, the ability to instruct staff on systems, and develop complex reports as needed.
- Prefer strong organizational and time management skills to maximize productivity and outcomes.
- Prefer the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers, and delivering high quality service.
- Prefer the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Prefer the ability to develop, read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
