This position is responsible for providing a variety of technical and administrative support for the human resource department. Acts as an HR liaison to employees, management, and various external vendors with primary focus on employee benefits administration. Troubleshoots and resolves various benefits and human resource issues using current policies, plan documents, and departmental guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Require an Associate Degree in business, human resources management, economics, social sciences, health administration or related field. Additional relevant work experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis in lieu of the degree.
- Require a minimum of one (1) year related experience; preferably in Human Resources or related administrative support environment.
- Require experience with HR systems (PeopleSoft), as well as, strong experience in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Prefer ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, possess strong customer service, conflict resolution, and service recovery skills.
- Prefer excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize time to meet deadlines.
- Prefer ability to respond in a professional manner during stressful situations to include the ability to remain calm, responding with tact and diplomacy.
