Sarasota Toyota is looking for motivated Automotive Sales Associates to join our winning team. Applicants must be high energy, personable individuals with a professional appearance. Excellent work ethic and strong customer relations skills are required. Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Associates meet and greet customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
- Sales Associates test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
- Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
- Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills are a MUST.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- Bilingual a plus
